「放下」的超然智慧 （網路文章）
「面對它，接受它，處理它，放下它」，堪稱處事應對的寶典； 這四個境界，看似容易，卻難做到。許多人連前兩關都過不了， 只知逃避現實，遑論正面處理。有些人以大無畏的精神，正視困境， 直接迎敵，好不容易處理好了，卻在心裡留著疙瘩，鬱鬱難解；「 放下」，可說是最難的課題。
放下，指的是心境上「船過水無痕」的灑脫與看開， 不是表面做出的姿態；外表要表現得若無其事不難， 內在要隨意自在，卻是其難無比。
